Accessibility at VitalAire
VitalAire is committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in everything we do. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment and remove barriers for all clients, employees, and community members.
Accessible Information and Communication
We are committed to communicating with our clients in ways that meet their needs. Upon request, we will provide public information and communication supports in accessible formats.

Visiting Our Locations
- Assistive Devices: We are committed to serving people with disabilities who use assistive devices to access our services.
- Service Animals: We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are permitted in all areas of our premises that are open to the public.
- Support Persons: A person with a disability is welcome to be accompanied by their support person on our premises.
- Notice of Temporary Disruptions: In the event of a service disruption, such as a branch closure, our commitment is to notify affected patients directly by mail or phone. This notice will include the reason for the disruption, its expected duration, and information on accessing services at an alternative location.
